Q1.  Do you have any MOQ limit for anode?
A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available. better for 10pcs which is quickly to delievery.

Q2. How to proceed an order for anode?
Firstly, let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly, We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions
Thirdly, you confirms the order and effect payment by TT for deposit in advance
Fourthly, We arrange the production as soon as we get the payment.

Q3.How long is the anode production time?
A: Under normal circumstances, the production will be completed within 15 days after receiving your deposit. There will be timely communication under special circumstances.

Q4.How to deal with the faulty?
Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new anode with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
